Welcome Cousin Albert!

On September first (a week early), Little Al was born to Uncle Andy and Aunt Heather. Big sister Calla was super excited about having her own little brother (sometimes Micah and Calla have "fought" over who can take care of Henry).

We were excited to meet him in the hospital. He looks a bit like Calla, but, unlike her petite features as a baby, he definitely looks like a boy. And we're pretty excited to have another boy cousin in the family! (Just like on the Roe side - there's one girl and a pile of boys... but this is exactly what Mommy is used to!)
Little A.W. (with the same initials and middle name of Walter as his daddy and Great-Poppa Moldy) is an "easy baby" according to Aunt Heather. He sleeps a lot and seems to be quite laid back.
Recently, all the Moldy family was together (celebrating a "bachelor weekend" for Uncle Ben... about 5 months after he lost his bachelor status). It was great timing for everyone to meet Albert.

Albert just hung out - and slept, like the good baby he is. He even did pretty well for the grandkid photo... though as we get more kiddos involved, this isn't quite as easy to take a decent photo as it used to be... But here's what we got:

And a cute one of Micah holding Elijah, since Henry is NOT interested in anyone holding him anymore!

It was fun hanging out all together. Daddy read some books to the kids.
And all the Moldy kids lined up for a photo as well. (This was post-Guys' Weekend -so we all looked a bit rough, including Mommy, who single-parented for much of the week prior due to Daddy's business trip and then him being gone on the Guys' Weekend. Note: single parenting is NOT for sissies!)
We got some of us together again later in the month for Baby Albert's baptism at St. Matthew. This was a good chance to line all the kids up for another photo.
Oh, they are so wiggly!

Anyway, welcome to our family, little Albert. We are so happy you are here and look forward to growing up with you!
